you give me the ID and password. I connect to your computer and
work on it via remote control. The software we use for
this is safe and secure. You only run it when I ask so there is
no accidently connecting to some one else's computer. Remote
service calls are done at a discounted rate. Remote service calls are offered to existing clients. In order to maintain a high level of personal service I must have worked with you in person previously. This helps me to understand how you work and the know what equipment you use.
